Intel Xeon Gold 5411N — 24 cores and 48 threads at 1.9 GHz base / 3.9 GHz turbo, 45 MB cache, 165 W TDP, FCLGA4677. Supplied from stock with a 1-year warranty.
The 5411N belongs to the 4th Gen Xeon Scalable (Sapphire Rapids) family, launched in Q1 2023 on the Intel 7 process. It pairs 24 cores / 48 threads with a 1.9 GHz base and a 3.9 GHz turbo ceiling on a lean 165 W envelope, plus PCIe 5.0 with 80 lanes and full AMX support. The N suffix marks the network- and edge-oriented slot of the stack: the chip is rated 1S Only and follows the single-socket topology without UPI links that the N-series carries, which frees the I/O budget for NICs and accelerators in appliance-style builds.
Out of the box the 5411N enables two QAT, two DLB and one DSA device, with no hardware IAA devices - a fixed quota, since the platform is not on the Intel On Demand activation model. The full AMX matrix engine runs alongside DL Boost and AVX-512 with two FMA units, and a 128 GB SGX enclave is supported alongside Intel SPS. The platform adds 8 channels of DDR5 rated 4400 MT/s at both 1 DPC and 2 DPC (up to 4 TB per socket) - a flat 4400 rating rather than the 4800/4400 split of the two-socket Gold SKUs. Speed Select Technology - Performance Profile exposes three 24-core power points at 1.9 GHz / 165 W, 1.9 GHz / 165 W and 2.1 GHz / 165 W, with eight high-priority cores holding 2.1 GHz and sixteen low-priority cores at 1.7 GHz. Thermal rating is TCASE 84 °C with a DTS maximum of 95 °C.

The 5411N fits any FCLGA4677 (Socket E) platform whose BIOS supports Sapphire Rapids N-series parts, in single-CPU systems and network appliances. Typical systems that run it include:
Because the part is 1S Only, it cannot pair with a second CPU even on boards that physically provide two sockets - check the platform scalability support before ordering, and make sure the BIOS is current, especially if the server originally shipped with a lower-power SKU.

Against the Cascade Lake Platinum 8260, the 5411N holds the same 24-core / 48-thread shape while moving from DDR4-2933 on six channels to DDR5-4400 on eight, adopting PCIe 5.0 with 80 lanes, lifting the cache from 35.75 MB to 45 MB and bringing AMX acceleration - at the same 165 W envelope. Within the N-series, the choice against the 5418N is a straight clock bump: the 5411N runs 100 MHz higher on both the 1.9 GHz base and the 3.9 GHz turbo ceiling with an identical 45 MB cache, 165 W budget and single-socket platform.
Every 5411N carries a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and function; a verified faulty unit is replaced or refunded with return shipping covered. New units come in Intel tray packaging (order code PK8071305121801); tested pull units are labelled as such and priced separately. In-stock units typically ship within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
