These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern quotations, sales and deliveries of products provided by Ocean Crossing Trading Company Limited ("Ocean Server", "we", "us") through oceanserverparts.com. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms.
1. About These Terms
Ocean Server is a B2B supplier of server CPUs, desktop processors, professional GPUs and memory modules. These Terms apply to all quotations and orders unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
2. Quotes & Orders
- All prices are quotation-based and valid for the period stated on the quotation (unless otherwise noted, 7 calendar days);
- Stock availability is confirmed at the time of quotation and re-confirmed at order acceptance;
- An order is binding on us only after written confirmation (email or proforma invoice).
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation, exclusive of destination duties and taxes;
- Payment terms (e.g. T/T advance, PayPal, Western Union) are stated on each proforma invoice;
- Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
4. Delivery & Risk
Standard dispatch time is 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated on the invoice; risk passes to the Buyer per the agreed term. We pack all components in anti-static, shock-protected packaging.
5. Warranty & Returns
- Every part carries a 1-year warranty covering verified functional faults;
- Warranty claims are handled by our RMA team at [email protected] with the serial number recorded at dispatch;
- Verified faulty units are repaired, replaced or refunded at our option; return shipping for confirmed faults is covered by us;
- Warranty excludes physical damage, improper installation, static discharge by the buyer, and unauthorised modification.
6. Product Condition & Testing
Each product page states the condition of the item (New or Used). All units — regardless of condition — are inspected, serial-recorded and load-tested in our own warehouse before dispatch.
7. Acceptable Use
The website and its catalogue may not be scraped, resold or misrepresented as your own stock without written consent. Quote requests must be made in good faith.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, by the courts of Hong Kong.
